The legendary Gli Gli Salih's son Salih JR is released from jail. He returns to Kolera , to live with his girlfriend Tina. He realizes that during the past five years, while he was serving his sentence for having stabbed a man, life in Kolera has changed dramatically. The neighbourhood is facing the danger of being demolished by the decision of the City Council, which wants to construct a new set of buildings.
